I AM A BEGINNER

someone who has never worked out with a coach before and is unsure about

basic workout forms & the way to progress

Start with one of these:

The right workout form is the most important for an injury free workout. Try to learn at least 4-5 new workout movements everyday through this series.

Puneet conducts this program solo, his instructions and demonstrations will help you perform each exercise correctly and safely to maximize your results. This comprehensive series is designed to guide you through many strength exercises along with core bracing with precision and ease. Strengthen your muscles, improve your endurance, and enhance your core stability. From here we move to advanced levels with ease!

LEVELLING UP TO THE ADVANCE LEVEL

Someone who has been working out with an experienced coach

for over a year and wants to level up their fitness

With a combination of classic strength movements and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) this program targets every  muscle group with unique workouts and maximizes muscle growth and strength one workout at a time.
